Neccesary Docs

 

Besides NDA and MPW tape out contract, the customer needs to provide the flowing two documents to German export control office (BAFA) via IHP:

1. End user certificate (EUC) with signature and stamp. Template will be provided by HK Microsystem after tape out.

2. Design parameter description, which should include a building block diagram of the design and the following description and parameters (preferably insert a table):

• End customer name and address
• Circuit function
• Target application
• IHP process name, e.g. SG13S
• Operation frequency or clock frequency
• Output power
• Temperature range

The above two documents should be in English and printed on dedicated official paper, i.e. with company or institution logo and address. And they should be signed by responsible person with official stamp. .
